When we start, we’ll conduct a thorough audit and provide a detailed report on any issues we find with repairs, finances, documentation or compliance, along with a prioritised program of rectification.
Ensuring your Owners Scheme remains financial is crucial. We take care of budget preparation, levy collections, statements, bill payments and accounts reconciliation so that there are sufficient funds to cover programmed expenses.
Managing meetings can be time consuming, which is why we take care of it all. We issue notifications within the required time period, convene the AGM and committee meetings, attend and chair if required, and distribute minutes afterwards so all owners are informed.
We manage all Owners Corporation obligations to maintain and update registers and keep accurate body corporate records. We also monitor compliance and legislative changes, and strata management trends to provide you with the best advice and service.
Every Scheme needs to take out reinstatement and replacement insurance for all buildings on the common property. We arrange for quotes, valuations as required, and ensure your Scheme is adequately covered for competitively priced premiums.
Maintenance and Repairs
Working with your committee, we’ll assist with scheduling of maintenance and repair works, paying contractors, and preparing the annual essential safety measures report for the Government. Our goal is to ensure that your property is fully compliant, and that assets are well maintained to preserve future value.
I have been the Chairperson for our Owners Corporation for the last 10 years. I stated above we changed recently, it is now a year and five months since we have changed Managers, I can see a lot has been achieved by Prestige Strata. I believe that the move has significantly improved communication with all lot owners.
Prestige Strata have got all our affairs in order by getting all our Financials in order. Today we are sitting pretty good in that aspect and now we are in the preliminary stages/process of looking to get the building painted and reseal.
