We manage a diverse range and size of strata schemes, from duplexes (two lot schemes) to larger strata schemes, such as apartment blocks, shopping centres, offices, and even community titles schemes.
We work collaboratively with the Owners Corporation and the Strata Committee to ensure that, owners’ concerns are addressed sensitively and that all maintenance issues are rectified quickly as well ensure that financial records are kept up-to-date.
We will take care of all the strata needs of the Owner’s Corporation, such as arranging property maintenance, conducting meetings, maintaining the records in accordance with current legislation, handling insurance and any enquiries.
Establish and maintain the trust account with Macquarie Bank. Each strata scheme that we manage has their own individual trust account with the potential to earn interest
Issue levy notices
Pay invoices on behalf of the Owners Corporation
Provide accounts and records for audits (if required)
Provide statutory reconciled accounts
Prepare Administrative Fund budget and arrange Sinking Fund budget
Manage Administrative and Sinking Funds
Investment income – we can provide a few investment options, such as at-call accounts and term deposits with Macquarie Bank.
